Through personalized, collaborative coaching, we'll focus on what feels most important to you right now. Our work together is responsive and relational, creating space to explore challenges, deepen awareness, and move toward what feels most meaningful and aligned.

Sessions may include reflective conversation, gentle somatic awareness, practical exploration, and restorative practices that support nervous system regulation and whole-person well-being.

Your path is uniquely yours. You don't need to feel stuck or broken to benefit from coaching, and you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Coaching offers space for reflection, exploration, accountability, and support as you navigate change and make choices that align with your values and priorities.

Many clients choose a 12-week series to allow time for deeper exploration and integration. Individual sessions and shorter series are also available. You're always in choice about frequency, focus, and pacing.

Coaching is a supportive partnership rooted in trust, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. My role is not to direct or diagnose, but to offer thoughtful reflection, compassionate support, and a space where insight can emerge.

Together, we'll explore what is present, what feels important, and what may be asking for attention. Over time, you may find yourself able to:

All health coaching sessions are held by phone, offering flexibility, focus, and the freedom to engage from wherever you are.
