Your path is uniquely yours. You don’t need to feel stuck or broken to benefit from coaching, and you don’t have to wait for the “right moment” to begin. Coaching offers thoughtful reflection, gentle accountability, and fresh perspective to help you move forward with intention - wherever you’re starting from.

Many clients choose a 12-week series to allow time for exploration, integration, and momentum. Individual sessions and shorter series are also available. You’re always in choice about frequency, focus, and pacing - nothing here is prescriptive.
