gentle bodywork

Reflexology is a gentle, restorative form of bodywork that supports the body's natural capacity for balance and healing. Based on the understanding that specific reflex points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to the whole body, reflexology works in a subtle yet powerful way to support overall well-being.

Using light, intentional pressure, reflexology helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage healthy circulation. Care is offered at an unhurried pace, allowing the body time to settle and integrate. Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation alongside renewed clarity and energy - a feeling of coming home to themselves and reconnecting with the body's innate wisdom.

Rather than working toward a specific outcome, sessions center on listening - meeting your body where it is and supporting ease, balance, and overall well-being.

how reflexology may support you

Reflexology can be supportive if you’re seeking:

  • Relief from stress or nervous system overload

  • Greater grounding and physical ease

  • Support during periods of transition, fatigue, or hormonal change

  • A calm, restorative pause in daily life

  • Ongoing care that supports balance, resilience, and well-being

Menopause is one example of a significant life transition where reflexology can offer steady, non-invasive support. Sessions provide space for rest, nervous system settling, and reconnection with your body's changing needs. Many people find reflexology helpful for easing stress, improving sleep, and supporting a greater sense of steadiness and well-being during times of change.

Reflexology is also commonly sought for headaches, anxiety, PMS, digestive discomfort, chronic pain, and stress-related tension. Whether you're moving through a difficult season, seeking ongoing support, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and connected, reflexology meets you where you are.

a responsive, whole-body approach

While sessions focus primarily on the feet, hand or ear reflexology may be included as appropriate. Touch is attentive and responsive rather than routine-based, and may be complemented by gentle body awareness when helpful - always optional and client-led.

This approach supports deeper nervous system settling and a felt sense of integration throughout the body, without directing, instructing, or forcing change.

what to expect

You'll remain fully clothed, removing only your shoes and socks. Sessions are offered in-person in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood on Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays.

Whether you're seeking calm, renewal, or a deeper connection to your body's wisdom, reflexology offers a grounded, nourishing space to slow down, reconnect, and support your well-being.
