During your session, you’ll remain fully clothed, removing only your shoes and socks. Sessions last 60–75 minutes and can include a full foot reflexology treatment or a combination of ear, hand, and foot work. In-person sessions are available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays in Seattle’s Fremont/Ballard neighborhood.
