My work offers unhurried, embodied support for people navigating stress, transition, or a desire for greater steadiness and connection. All offerings are shaped by your needs and offered at a pace that allows space to settle, listen, and respond with care.

There are two primary ways we can work together: single sessions and support over time. Both are grounded in attentive presence, nervous system awareness, and respect for your lived experience.

Single Sessions

Single sessions offer focused, supportive care when you want space to pause, reflect, or receive embodied support without an ongoing commitment.

These sessions are complete in themselves and can also be a way to begin exploring longer-term support.
