about my work
I offer unhurried, attentive support for people navigating stress, transition, and change. My work is grounded in the belief that each of us carries an innate capacity for balance, resilience, and growth—and that these qualities often emerge most naturally when we feel seen, supported, and not alone.
I partner with individuals and families during meaningful life transitions, offering steady presence and compassionate guidance. Whether you’re regaining your footing after a challenging season or sensing the pull toward something new, my role is to walk alongside you as things unfold.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to listening—deeply and without agenda. Rather than fixing or directing, I create space for reflection, awareness, and integration, trusting that clarity and next steps arise from within when there is time and support.
how i work
Life invites us to evolve through many passages—birth, menopause, loss, grief, illness, trauma, and the cumulative weight of everyday stress. These experiences can unsettle us, but they can also open the door to deeper connection, insight, and self-trust.
My approach honors both the tenderness and the strength that coexist in these moments. Together, we slow down and listen to what’s present—through conversation, gentle body-based awareness, and attentive presence—allowing meaning and direction to take shape naturally.
Whether our work together takes the form of embodied wellness sessions, doula care, or hands-on reflexology, you can expect care that is grounded, responsive, and respectful of your pace. I offer steady companionship, honest reflection, and support that honors who you are right now.
my background
My work is informed by my training as a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach, along with my experience as a menopause and postpartum doula and reflexologist. These roles shape how I show up—thoughtfully, relationally, and with an awareness of the whole person—rather than defining a single method or outcome.
