There will be times when we're connected and everything flows easily, and times when we get stuck and lost. Being in that stuck place, in one or many areas of our life, can linger for weeks, months, even years.

Whole health coaching helps you reconnect with yourself, identify what matters most, and learn how to be your own first choice. Working with a coach gives you time to focus on what you want, look forward, and design a plan to get there.

How will we thrive when we're constantly tearing ourselves down through comparisons, competition, and unrealistic expectations? As human beings, our whole system is designed to respond more productively to a more gentle invitation to change.

Whole health coaching involves partnering in a collaborative, creative process to deepen your self-awareness and increase your motivation to change. I create compassionate space for my clients to find clarity about their values and courage to take action while celebrating and respecting self-care and interconnectedness.

You decide what you want to focus on and I'll align my vision with yours. Developing mindfulness and unconditional, positive self-regard will help you to believe in yourself. You'll feel energized about exploring your options and trying something new all in the interest of making breakthroughs in health and wellness. Together we'll be curious, appreciate, dream, clarify, design a plan of action, and celebrate your growth, all which lead to sustainable change. 

Whether you're seeking to find work-life balance, feel less stress, adopt a cleaner diet, achieve your optimal weight, or prioritize a spiritual practice, deeper connections, or having more fun, whole health coaching has something to offer you. If you have at least one area of your life in which you feel ready for change, even if you don't know when or how to move forward, you could benefit from the heart-centered, thought-provoking and empowering process of coaching.

Ideally, coaching is offered over the course of 12 weeks allowing enough time to explore what you want, experiment with new behaviors and establish new ways of being. Fewer sessions or individual coaching sessions are also available as needed. Both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions are available. Coaching is offered remotely online or by phone and appointments are available most days.
