Whole health coaching helps you reconnect with yourself, identify what matters most, and learn how to be your own first choice. Working with a coach gives you time to focus on what you want, look forward, and design a plan to get there.

I support people in accomplishing their goals with loving kindness and compassion for themselves and others. I see too many people battling against an unfair, and sometimes brutal, inner critic. How will we thrive when we're constantly tearing ourselves down through comparisons, competition, and unrealistic expectations? That undue stress will always work against us. As human beings, our whole system is designed to respond more productively to a gentle invitation to change.

I create compassionate space for my clients to find clarity about their values and courage to take action while celebrating and respecting self-care and interconnection.

You decide what you want to focus on and I'll align my vision with yours. Developing mindfulness and unconditional, positive self-regard will help you to believe in yourself. You'll feel energized about exploring your options and trying something new all in the interest of making breakthroughs in health and wellness. Together we'll be curious, appreciate, dream, clarify, design a plan of action, and celebrate your growth, all which lead to sustainable change.

If we haven’t worked together before you can begin with a free 30-minute discovery session.
New clients, please plan on meeting for a full hour session to get started. Follow up sessions are 45-50 minutes and can be purchased individually ($110) or by the month ($396). Monthly coaching includes up to 4 sessions and unlimited text or email check-ins. I’ll respond to text and email messages within 24 hours.
I do accept up to 3 clients each month, by donation. If you’re interested in monthly coaching by donation, please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If all 3 donation-based client spaces have been filled I’m happy to add you to a waiting list and will contact you as soon as an available space opens.
Ideally, coaching is offered over the course of 12 weeks allowing enough time to explore what you want, experiment with new behaviors and establish new ways of being. Fewer sessions or individual coaching sessions are also available as needed.
Coaching is offered remotely by phone or online video conference and appointments are available most days.
