These 75-minute virtual sessions offer an integrative approach to whole health and healing, bringing together energetic healing, guided self-inquiry, intuitive insight, and somatic awareness. The work is both spacious and focused, supporting change at the levels where it naturally begins.
Whole health work takes a broad view of well-being, inviting reflection on where you are now and where you feel drawn to go. As we move through life, patterns, experiences, and long-held stories can shape how we respond to stress, transition, and change. These patterns may live in the body, the emotions, the mind, or the energetic system.
Energetic healing supports this process by gently softening the influence of old patterns and restoring a sense of flow and possibility. When the energetic system is supported, insight often deepens, the nervous system settles, and new ways of being can emerge with greater ease.

Energy healing is grounded in the understanding that the body seeks balance, is self-regulating, and holds an innate capacity for healing and resilience. By supporting the healthy movement and availability of vital energy, the body’s natural healing processes can be encouraged.
In these sessions, I work with the energetic field that interpenetrates and extends beyond the physical body, using intention, awareness, and intuitive perception to support balance, clarity, and integration. Guided self-inquiry and gentle somatic awareness may be woven in to help anchor the experience and support insight.

Imbalance often appears first at an energetic level before showing up physically or emotionally. By clearing, energizing, and balancing the energy field, the natural flow of vital energy is supported—creating conditions for healing on multiple levels.
Energy healing works alongside other forms of care and does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. It may be supportive for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, and can be especially helpful for navigating chronic stress, ongoing patterns, or life transitions.
Because this work takes place at an energetic level, virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person work.
